I had the privilege to see a special screening of Aretha Franklin’s Amazing Grace. It was a soul-stirring experience that made me feel like I was right there! Her music always speaks to my heart and inspires me. Incredible! A must see.

Amazing Grace is “a documentary presenting Aretha Franklin with choir at the New Bethel Baptist Church in Watts, Los Angeles in January 1972” (neon.com). The recording was done over two nights. While the footage was previously unreleased, the album is the best-selling live gospel album of all time and the biggest-selling of her career. The album also won 1973 Grammy for Best Soul Gospel Performance.
